Deal: Kingston 16GB USB Flash Drive at Amazon
I’m cheating today. I saw this deal over at Boing Boing, and I ordered two for myself. I figured that if it is a good enough deal to get me to order two, then it is a good enough deal to share with you. It really is super cheap.
I don’t know when I lost my last decent USB flash drive, but I know I’ve been doing a bad job finding a spare when I need to throw a new ISO on a USB stick to boot up a new or dying machine.
It isn’t huge by today’s standards, but it is plenty big enough to use as a USB boot disk. Maybe you can use it with one of Brian’s DIY NAS builds?!
