DUCT OUT Behind the Scenes, Machined Wooden Pokeball, and You'll Shoot Your Eye Out Kid!
This looked like so much fun. I always tell people that I have no interest in being a professional drone pilot. I don’t want to hunt for gigs, negotiate contracts, or fly my quads on demand.
Then I see Ummagawd’s behind-the-scenes footage from a Red Bull video shoot, and I begin to question my choice. Do you mean to tell me that you can get paid to chase dirt bikes through Los Angeles? How awesome is that? Sign me up!
Tommy got some great shots, and it looks like he had a ton of fun. I am more than a little jealous.
Winston Moy is always making awesome stuff. This time, he’s making a beautiful hinged Pokeball on his Shapeoko CNC machine. I’m a big fan of video games, but the Pokemon games are lost on me. They came out during a time when I wasn’t playing many video games, and they were targeted at a younger audience.
Even so, I enjoyed this build a lot. Winston used magnets to hold the ball shut, and he even used magnets to attach the ball to its stand. I’m a fan of magnets.
I always enjoy This Old Tony’s work, and his latest video is no exception. This time, he’s modifying his son’s air rifle. Can I call it an air rifle? I don’t know much about this stuff. I only know that Old Tony said it isn’t a BB gun.
Old Tony machines some metal pieces to attach a shoulder strap to his son’s gun, he cuts down the stock to make it a better fit, and he even does some math to figure out how powerful this gun actually is.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this, and I think you will, too!
